ob Conrad is a civil engineer and professional project manager, and has successfully run, developed and steered mining and civil projects in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia New Guinea, and New Caledonia for many years. Bob is a highly respected figure in the mining industry, and well known for his innate ability to ensure that projects have favourable outcomes. Bob’s leadership, wisdom and experience brings strength and vision to the projects.

Bob will be valuable as the projects kick off with his ability to steer the construction phases whilst at the same time keeping the operations on track to reach the objectives. Bob also directs and is in close contact with the local management board in Solomon Islands.

evin Harker is a chartered accountant and a chartered tax advisor, with over 24 years of commercial and professional accounting experience. Kevin has achieved a broad and diverse range of accounting skills and knowledge from his experience within the mining, commercial and private business sectors as well as the rural and mining regions.

Kevin has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting. He was a partner in a Brisbane based Chartered Accounting Firm where he worked for 10 years before taking a tree change and heading out west to join a Western Queensland mine as the Chief Financial Officer. He held this position for six years before joining and becoming a principal of a Western Queensland based accounting practice for six years. He has subsequently started his own accounting practice based in Rockhampton.

Whilst working at the mine, Kevin was involved hands-on with the initial fund raising, the initial drilling programme and the construction programme right through to the commissioning of the pilot plant. He was extensively involved with the preparation of the all EPA reports including the Environmental Impact Study and wrote all of the Policies and Procedures for the mine. He had extensive involvement with the production and marketing of the high-value grind media and assisted in the research and development programme.

Having lived in Papua New Guinea for many years and living in a small community of less than 150 people for another 7 years, has given Kevin a unique understanding of the cultural and community needs of projects based in small pacific island communities.
